#Thank you for using the Qointum brand!
We, NewGamePlus Inc. (our company), designed this policy to help you use our brand assets, including our trademarks, logos, and content without having to negotiate legal agreements for each use.
The Qointum brand and trademarks (the "Marks") include, but are not limited to, the Qointum name, logo, the term "Qoin" and its currency symbol 'ℚ', and any word, phrase, image, or other designation that identifies the source or origin of any of Qointum’s products.
Please carefully review this policy to be sure you’re using the Marks correctly. To make any use of the Marks in a way that is not covered by this policy, please [contact us](mailto:support@qointum.com?Subject=Trademark Question) and include a visual mockup of intended use.

- the logo must be embedded in a buffer space free of other graphic elements that is at least 150% the size of the logo
- the logo may be scaled proportionally in layout code such as HTML/CSS
- if the scaled logo is 64 pixels wide or smaller, please instead scale the icon closest in size
- it is NOT necessary to display the Qointum name along with the logo
#Using the Marks
- to represent our brand use only the official, unmodified, current version (not old) files linked above
- please capitalize the Q in Qointum
The Marks should not be modified, altered or used in a confusing way, including suggesting sponsorship or endorsement by Qointum, or in a way that confuses Qointum with another brand.

No attribution text necessary -- the attribution requirements are already satisfied as they are embedded into the image metadata. If you modify the image or change its format you must retain this metadata (or otherwise display it). The metadata is contained in the PNG comment field which can be modified by free image editors such as GIMP.

#Fonts
We use the free, clean, and flexible [Open Sans](https://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Open+Sans) for body text. We also use the free and punchy [Montserrat](http://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Montserrat) for titles and headlines including the Qointum name.
The qoin currency symbol ["Blackboard Bold ℚ"](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackboard_bold) is styled differently in some fonts, ex. Helvetica ℚ and Arial/LaTeX `\(ℚ\)`. Our mark is the sans-serif style with a single vertical strike found in Helvetica. As Helvetica is not available on all devices nor is it free, we have created a [Qoin Font](/static/main/fonts/qoin/qoin-regular.ttf) ([Bold](/static/main/fonts/qoin/qoin-bold.ttf)) ([CSS](/static/main/css/fonts.css) with urls for other formats) based on the glyph in [Free Sans](http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/freefont/), provided under the [SIL Open Font License](http://scripts.sil.org/OFL_web).
#Naming Products, Applications, or Websites
When creating a product, application, website, or other service that uses or interacts with Qointum, use a unique name, logo and design that can’t be confused with the Marks. You should not apply for any trademarks or internet domains that include the Marks or any other variations that could be confusingly similar.
